Meet Our Founder
Santrina Fletcher, MSN, APRN, NP-C
Santrina is a certified Nurse Practitioner who is licensed to practice in Kentucky and Ohio. Since 2010, her specialties have included primary care, neurology and medical aesthetics. During her 7+ years of experience with minimally invasive cosmetic aesthetic procedures, she has performed over 5000 various treatments. She has a special passion for making people feel good about themselves and dermalounge is the perfect platform to help her make people 'glow.'
Her goal is to raise the bar in the med spa industry by offering free, no pressure, consultations and offering realistic prices without pushing for more services than you need. In addition, you will not find a more experienced medical aesthetics provider in the Tri-State area.

Julea Remke, Lounge Altruist
Julea helps dermalounge 'do good' by being the lead organizer of all dermalounge fundraisers. She has the connections, talent and the heart to carry on our mission to give back to our community. Her marketing and fundraising prowess is how we stand out from the crowd as our standards continues to raise.
Jennifer Wilson, RN, MSN, APRN
Jennifer is a Certified Nurse Practitioner who is licensed to practice in Kentucky and has been with dermalounge since the beginning of 2021. Since 2013, her specialties have included primary care, orthopedics emergency room medicine, retail medicine and medical aesthetics. Her goal is to simply make people feel pretty, look good and always remain comfortable in their own skin. Jen's focus in neurotoxin, medical grade facials and chemical peels. She's continuing to grow within dermalounge and has proven to be one of the most gifted medical aesthetic providers in the tri-state area.
Morgan Ball, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Morgan is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). She graduated from Xavier University and has over 10 years experience in the medical field. She is an accredited injector with the Aesthetic Advancements Institute and has been providing aesthetic medical services for over 2 years. Morgan is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best with a focus on natural results.
Elizabeth Shrout, Lounge Strategist
Liz is the strategist behind our website, socials and email list. She’s an Northern Kentucky University Graduate with a degree in entrepreneurship and minors in marketing as well as business administration. She has her own personal styling company and is a freelance business consultant and digital marketer. It’s safe to say there is nothing she is more passionate about in this world than entrepreneurship from running her own businesses to helping other entrepreneurs.
Rachel Massa, Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Rachel is a licensed aesthetician for over 20 years. She is also a certified laser technician and has done thousands of treatments throughout her career. She is kind, passionate, and a great addition to our team.
Tina Jarrell, Lounge Concierge
Tina is our full time patient coordinator who’s responsible for making sure all runs smoothly at our beauty practice. From answering phones to scheduling and checking out patients, she’s a multi-tasker who is on top of making the patients experience at dermalounge a great one. She graduated with a degree in Medical Assisting and moved up to Medical Management in 2013. She has extensive experience in Customer Service as well as communication. She has a huge admiration for Botox, skincare, fashion & fitness She has a husband of 10 years (Jason), 2 kids ( Kaiden 16 & Kylee 11) and 4 fur babies. If she isn’t at one of her daughter’s sporting events, she enjoys binging Netflix shows and cooking. Her favorite place to be is on beach with her family!
Sylvia Cubrero, Lounge Concierge
Sylvia works evenings and weekends and serves as patient coordinator. Her vast resume includes degrees in both accounting and finace as well as various leadership roles.
Stephanie Beauchamp, MSN, APRN, NP-BC
Stephanie has 20 years on expeerience in health care as well as 10 years in aesthetics. She is a mater of injectables and laser procedures.
Kaitlin Kinnett, RN
Kaitlin is our super star injector who has a talent for providing patients with gorgeous, yet natural results. She has been with dermalounge since the beginning of 2021 and has very rapidly become the 'go to' for all of dermalounge's beutifying procedures. She has a bachelors in Nursing from NKU and is an advocate for clean skincare. In her free time, she enjoys anything outdoors with her husband Jacob and her pride and joy, Kylo (her german Shepherd and first child). She has earned a second degree black belt in Taekwando and makes all of us at dermalounge feel VERY protected.
