Meet Our Owner
Amber Mehle, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, CNOR - Owner & CEO
Amber is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Owner of Dermalounge. She is extremely proud to continue to treat patients as the owner and CEO of Dermalounge. She holds multiple degrees from Purdue University (BS Animal Sciences), Indiana University (BSN), and Northern Kentucky University (MSN) and is certified through NIFA as a RNFA in surgical procedures.
Prior to Dermalounge, Amber was a surgical RN with years of experience in organ transplant, pediatric, and plastic surgery. She has an extensive background as a Registered Nurse First Assistant in plastic surgery, which allows her to brings her unique skills, talents, and expertise to Dermalounge to give patients the best outcomes for their aesthetic needs.
Amber is a master injector and specializes in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PDO threads, Sculptra, and PRF as well as manages the weight loss program at Dermalounge. Her favorite procedure is full face rejuvenation using unique blends of dermal fillers and biostimulators to provide gorgeous results.
Amber also has a passion for teaching and education! She plans to go back to school one last time to obtain a doctorate degree in nursing education. When she is not actively treating patients at dermalounge or doing “behind the scenes” business things, Amber works with Cosmetic Medical Training to instruct providers around the nation on aesthetic medicine and procedures.
If you’re lucky, you may catch her in a Disney costume or singing show tunes loudly.

Meet Our Team
Brittany Majszak, MSN,APRN,FNP-BC
Brittany is a board certified nurse practitioner with over 20 years experience in the medical industry. She specializes in Interventional Cardiology and her passion for aesthetics started over 5 years ago when she began the certification process.
Brittany is a mom of 4 beautiful children and wife to husband Ryan. As parents, they enjoy watching their children play sports, riding horses, and being outdoors with family.
Brittany decided to come aboard at dermalounge to fulfill her long time dream of providing excellent aesthetic care to our community! The inspiring, up lifting, and warm environment is what excited her to join team dermalounge. Brittany gives her upmost attention and compassion towards giving her patients their desired outcome and confidence.
She enjoys injecting neurotoxin, filler, biostimulators, and facial’s although her greatest passion is within our weight-loss program! Britt is involved in research programs within cardiology. GLP-1 agonists (such as Semaglutide) are showing increasing benefits, not only in weight reduction but also in heart disease.
Jennifer Wilson-Epperson, Injector, Aesthetic Provider
Jennifer is a certified Nurse Practitioner who is licensed in Kentucky and has been with dermalounge since the beginning of 2021. Since 2013, her specialties have included primary care, orthopedics, emergency room medicine, retail medicine and medical aesthetics.
Her goal is to simply make people feel pretty, look good and always remain comfortable in their own skin. Jen’s focus is neurotoxin, medical grade facials and chemical peels. She chose to work at dermalounge as it is a fun environment, the patients are amazing and the team is the absolute best.
Jen has known her husband for 15 years, were together for 10 years and married for 2 years. Together, they have 3 boys.
When she is not working at dermalounge, she loves hanging with her 3 boys and husband. They spent most of their time at swim meets and chasing around their babies while maintaining their sanity ( we get it). She also loves anything outdoors

Santrina Fletcher, MSN, APRN, NP-C
Santrina is a certified Nurse Practitioner who has specialized in primary care, neurology, and medical aesthetics. Prior to becoming an NP, she was an operating room nurse for 5 years.
Her Curriculum Vitae is full of top-notch experience in the medical field including being the lead author for two medical publications, having experience in healthcare management, possessing a multitude of leadership positions in nearly every realm of healthcare in which she worked. In addition, since 2019, she has been an educator of both basic and advanced medical aesthetic procedures through Cosmetic Medical Training. She has 5 degrees including aMaster of Science in Nursing (University of Cincinnati).
Santrina grew up on the east side of Cincinnati where she attended Walnut Hills High School. She performed in high school and college marching band (color guard) and eventually taught various high school bands and was a choreographer/instructor for the University of Cincinnati Bearcat Bands. She also performed with the Glassmen Drum Corps.
Her supportive family includes her husband Jeff, and daughter, Shae, who keeps everyone on their toes. Recently, Santrina was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. Although the news was initially devastating, she has turned her diagnosis into something beautiful; the Santrina Strong Foundation. You can find Santrina at Dermalounge and at Chakra Nutrition, an organization she founded to support oncology patients with nutritional guidance and holistic therapies.
Her passion to do good things is unstoppable and that is why we are so grateful to have her at Dermalounge.
Melinda Hartley, Lounge Concierge (part-time)
Melinda is a mom of 2 lovely daughters (one of whom also works for dermalounge) and 4 gorgeous granddaughters.
She loves horseback riding, working at dermalounge, good food, bourbon , walking on the beach, and goofing off with her family and friends.
In her prior life, she has been in retail management in Beverly Hills, CA., a flight attendant for American Airlines, substitute teacher, B&B owner, chauffeur of her children and their horses , but her greatest achievement and position, by far, is being a mom and a Gigi to the loves of her life.
She has recently signed on as a model and is a perfect representation of looking good, feeling good and doing good.
Stephanie Beauchamp, MSN, APRN, NP-BC
Stephanie graduated with a BSN in 2003 from OSU and worked at Good Samaritan Hospital for 10 years on a cardiology floor. In 2012, she graduated from the University of Cincinnati as a certified Nurse Practitioner and has been working in the medical aesthetics industry since. That’s 12 years of experience in this industry, folks! Steph is currently licensed in Ohio and Kentucky has been with dermalounge 4 years now.
She chose to work at dermalounge because she loves to renew peoples confidence as sometimes it’s the small things that make the biggest difference in peoples lives. She also likes the work/life balance dermalounge has provided.
Stephanie’s favorite treatments to perform are laser treatments (She is our laser QUEEN) and neurotoxins.
She is married to a husband in the military (thanks for his service!) for 12 years, has 4 children and a dog named Charlie. Most of her time outside of work is spent at sporting events but she also enjoys vacationing and hanging out at her pool with family and friends.
Stephanie is a glowing example of always doing what is best for the patient and her work speaks for itself!
Liz Meyer, Phlebotomist, Lounge Concierge (part-time)
Liz is a dedicated mom of three, successful entrepreneur behind @lizaliciouss_ food, and soon-to-be bride. She’s a superwoman balancing family life and her thriving food prep business as she is stepping into her new role at dermalounge.
Liz’s journey showcases a passion for both culinary delights and skincare, embodying a vibrant blend of family love, entrepreneurial spirit, and wellness.
You may see her during your PRF appointment as she is phenomenal at drawing blood!!

Rachel Massa, Licensed Esthetician
Rachel graduated from the esthetics program at Aveda in 2003 and began her career working in the skincare center of a plastic surgery office where she gained valuable experience and honed her skills to be an exceptional skincare expert. She has an extensive background in performing cosmetic treatments and customizing appropriate skincare regimens for all skin types.
Rachel is versed in many mainstream skincare products and facial treatments. Her skill and attention to detail shines through every service performed, taking pride in each treatment and making sure the patient is comfortable and leaves feeling confident and beautiful.
Rachel loves to research new products and services keeping her on the cutting edge in the industry. Based on her ongoing education, she has the unique distinction of holding certifications in Applied Business, Marketing, Candela Laser hair removal, Laser Facials, Candela IPL, Fraxel re:Store, Intradermal Cosmetic Technician, Microblading, Glonar Hydrafacial, dermaplane pro, and a variety of chemical peels and skincare lines.
She specializes in treatment facials, hydro facials, dermaplane, lash lift, brow design, laser hair removal, IPL and permanent makeup.
She has a passion for integrating both medical and holistic treatments, keeping patient safety at her upmost importance.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, her two dogs and kitty, gardening, cooking and being outdoors.
